When you utilize Royal Travel US to book services, you grant us or a third-party service provider the authority to act as your representative throughout the booking process with the selected Royal Travel US.
This authorization includes making payments for products and services on your behalf as necessary. We will ensure that tickets are issued and subsequently charge you accordingly, with the amount displayed prior to your confirmation.
You must provide accurate and complete data for the booking process. Inaccurate information or payment via a third-party credit card may require additional verification.
We are not responsible for changes or cancellations of your travel plans by Royal Travel US. If you encounter issues with your travel booking through our services, please inform us promptly for resolution within reasonable standards.

Upon completing your booking via Royal Travel US, you will receive an Order Confirmation sent to the email address provided during the booking process. This email serves as confirmation that your order was successfully placed through Royal Travel US and includes details of your Passenger(s), Itinerary, and a Summary of Charges.
It’s important to note that while the Order Confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and its processing by us or a third party, it does not serve as an electronic ticket or guarantee boarding on the plane. Once payment is received and your reservation is ticketed, you will receive a separate email containing the e-ticket receipt.
Please be aware that the ability to cancel or modify a booked flight is subject to restrictions and will depend on the airline’s fare rules or other terms and conditions. While some airlines may allow free cancellation within 24 hours after ticket issuance, this option may be limited for specific airfares and ticket types. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact our Customer Care representatives at +1 88839-30673 to inquire about the cancellation policy applicable to your ticket.
Name changes are typically restricted by many airlines. If a change is required, please note that modifications are only allowed in accordance with the airline’s policy. Most airlines treat a name change as a cancellation, subject to standard conditions and charges.
For changes or modifications requested due to alterations in your travel plans or personal circumstances (cancellation or modification), our processing fees will apply, in addition to the terms and conditions of the airline company.
If you cancel your booking, you may be entitled to a partial refund. Please note that, along with the cancellation terms and conditions of the airline company, our standard processing fees will also apply.
